What to Expect in a Session
Each therapy session lasts 50–60 minutes.
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and create a plan that fits your needs.
From there, sessions focus on supporting your healing with EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches—always at a pace that feels safe, steady, and manageable for you.
