Session Fee

My session fee is $150 for a standard 60-minute session.

If we decide together that longer EMDR sessions would be helpful, those can be discussed and scheduled as needed.

In-Network Insurance (Headway)

II accept insurance through Headway, which simplifies the process for you. Headway checks your coverage, verifies benefits, and handles billing.

I’m currently in network with:

• Aetna

• Cigna

• UnitedHealthcare

You can check your coverage or request an appointment through my Headway profile.

Out-of-Network Insurance (Thrizer)

Even if I’m not in-network with your insurance, you may still be able to use your benefits through Thrizer.

Thrizer makes out-of-network simple… you only pay your portion of the fee up front, and Thrizer files the claim for you behind the scenes.

Here’s how it works:

• Thrizer checks your insurance to see what’s covered.

• You only pay your portion of the fee up front (not the full session cost).

• Thrizer files the claim for you and handles the rest behind the scenes.

Good Faith Estimate

If you’re not using insurance, you’re entitled to a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act. This is a written outline of your expected costs, and I’m happy to provide one at any time.
